Refund policy

Our offer is directed exclusively at business entities as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (including legal entities under public law and special funds under public law). Consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are excluded from our offer.

The statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies exclusively to consumers and therefore does not apply to contracts with business entities. Accordingly, our customers do not have a right of withdrawal.

Returns, cancellations, and warranty claims are governed exclusively by our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the statutory provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
