The HE100 series of vibration monitors has established itself very successfully on the market. For the further development of the HE100 series, we have now focused on the topic of intrinsic safety in potentially explosive areas. With the help of a power supply/isolating amplifier and newly developed circuit board electronics in the premium quality you are used to, it is now possible to integrate an intrinsically safe sensor into your existing system in the ATEX area. The monitoring unit is now supplied with a special Ex i cable. The sensor now has 5 pins and is mounted with the cable as usual with an M12 connector. Since the 5th pin is routed to the cable shield to ensure electromagnetic compatibility, the end connection remains 4-pin for you as usual. This results in the following advantages:
- The new sensor type HE100 in Ex ib version can now also be installed in the ATEX area without a permanently integrated cable.
- The new version can now be connected quickly and easily to all “Ex ib systems”.
- Type HE100 in Ex ib version is available, like all other HAUBER products, in the frequency ranges 1…1000 and 10…1000 Hz with an analog output 4…20 mA.
- If no process control system is available, our proven evaluation electronics can be used.
