The HE20x sensor series is the successor of the type 663 series. The entire technology has been revised and the HE200 is our first vibration monitor with a digital measuring chain.

In addition to 100% backwards compatibility, the new HE200 and HE205 sensors offer an extended sensor head temperature range up to 125 °C, further approvals for worldwide use, and TÜV-Sued certification according to SIL 2 / PL d. While the HE200 series is the successor model of the type 663, the HE205 series is the successor model of the type 663-Window - that means the switching contacts form a window function and the integration is omitted (measured variable is acceleration in "g" instead of vibration velocity in "mm/s").

The HE250 and HE255 series are newly added in the same housing. In addition to the function of the HE200 and HE205 series, these generate a bearing condition parameter for rolling bearings.

The smallest series of Hauber Elektronik HE05x is made with the same high-quality stainless steel housing as the other sensors. Various configurations offer, among others, IO-Link, a 4-20 mA analog current interface or digital outputs for limit value monitoring (alarms).
